A degree audit is an academic planning tool that enables students and advisors to track progress toward meeting academic program requirements and degree completion. Degree audits integrate with Banner to provide real-time degree counseling capabilities and up-to-date curriculum and course completion information. Lehigh is currently utilizing two degree audit tools, the uAchieve Degree Audit and Degree Works. Both tools are accessible by visiting https://ras.lehigh.edu/degree-audit-access.

In addition to using the information available in a degree audit, students are encouraged to meet regularly with an academic advisor. An audit is not a substitute for required registration advising, completing official major/minor/degree declaration paperwork, or applying for graduation. These are the responsibilities of all students at Lehigh University.

Degree Works

Degree Works is Lehigh’ University's current degree audit tool, available for undergraduate students following the 2020-2021 catalog requirements and later, and for graduate students following the 2023-2024 catalog requirements and later. In general, students follow the requirements for graduation listed in the catalog that is current at the time they first enroll as a degree-seeking student at Lehigh. uAchieve Degree Audit

The uAchieve Degree Audit is the University's prior degree audit system, accessible for undergraduate students who are following the 2022-2023 catalog requirements and earlier. uAchieve has been replaced by Degree Works and will no longer be available starting in early June, 2025.

    This message typically occurs when you've closed the browser without logging out during your last session. To troubleshoot this issue, clear your browser cache. You can also click the "refresh" button on your browser and you should see a link that says "Go Home" appear in the middle of the page. Clicking that link should allow you to access Degree Works.   • What does "catalog year" mean?
    In general, students follow the requirements for graduation listed in the Catalog that is current at the time they first enroll as a degree-seeking student at Lehigh. (Please refer to the university catalog for more information regarding catalog year and how it applies to degree requirements.)
  • How can I find my catalog year?
    Students can view their catalog year on the Student Profile online in self-service Banner. Advisors can view a student’s catalog year on the advising profile. Please refer to our catalog year reference sheet for further assistance.
  • Can I change my catalog year?
    In the event that degree requirements change during a student’s time of enrollment, a student may elect to follow the requirements published in a later Catalog. A change in catalog year applies to all programs declared on a student’s record, including majors, minors, degrees, and certificates. Students may not elect to follow an earlier Catalog and may not use a combination of requirements from different Catalogs. To request a catalog year change, students should email regticket@lehigh.edu and copy their academic advisor and/or advising team on the email.
  • What should I do if my catalog year is earlier than 2020-2021?
    If you are an undergraduate student, submit a help ticket to the Office of the Registrar by visiting go.lehigh.edu/regticket. The Registrar’s Office will update your catalog year and modify your degree requirements to match those that were in place during your original catalog year, allowing you to utilize the Degree Works audit. If you are a graduate student, your degree requirements will be manually verified between your college/program and the Registrar’s Office.

    No, registration for classes is completed through the registration function in Banner which may be accessed by visiting go.lehigh.edu/studentregistration
  • Are my grades visible on a degree audit?
    Yes. Once grades have been processed at the end of the semester, they are viewable in Degree Works. Courses that are in-progress will be listed with a grade of “IP.”
  • Is the degree audit the same as my transcript?

    You should review your audit with an advisor as soon as possible. Help is also available by submitting a ticket at: go.lehigh.edu/regticket
