Registration & Academic Services COVID-19 Frequently Asked Questions
Once you leave Lehigh University, your Lehigh account (ex: abc123) is disabled because you are no longer a student at Lehigh. In order to access your records you will need to log on to a secure site, enter the Secure Area and enter your LIN or SSN and PIN. If you have forgotten your PIN, go to http://www.lehigh.edu/forgot and enter your LIN. You will be prompted to answer your security questions and then to change your PIN
If you have an active computing account, you can access Self-Service Banner (SSB) with your username and password: connect.lehigh.edu
Alumni who can't access their information because they do not have their LIN or PIN should contact 1.866.758.2586 or request their LIN/PIN.
