Per Provost Urban’s email, all undergraduate students will have the option to opt-in to the CR/DCR/NCR grading system on a course-by-course basis for any Fall 2020 courses that have not yet been completed. Selections can be made in Banner; detailed instructions are available below. You may make changes to your choices until 11:59 PM EDT on Friday, December 4, 2020. How to make your selections
- Login to Banner using connect.lehigh.edu.
- Select the "Student Services" tab.
- Select the "Select Term Grading Form" link.
- You will see a list of your currently enrolled courses displayed. You can select CR/DCR/NCR grading system on a course-by-course basis by choosing Yes or No from the drop-down menu next to each course.
- If you select YES: You are opting into receiving a CR/DCR/NCR grade for the course; you will not receive a standard letter grade.
- If you select NO: You are choosing to keep the standard letter grade that is assigned by your instructor.
- When you have finished making selections, submit your choices.

- After submission, you will receive a confirmation page. You can change your selections per course at any time until the deadline. Changes cannot be made after the December 4th deadline.
